Hello and welcome to rdr Living! I’m Ronald, the founder, buyer, curator, and yes — the entire team behind this little boutique. What started as a deep personal love of beautiful spaces and one-of-a-kind finds has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of.
My journey to rdr Living has been anything but a straight line — and I think that’s what makes it special. After years spent climbing the ladder in corporate America, working with Fortune 500 companies and building a career in fast-paced professional environments, I made the decision to come home to Aiken, South Carolina to be close to family. That decision changed everything.
Back home, I discovered a new passion — events and weddings. I threw myself into that world completely, bringing the same attention to detail and love of beauty that had defined my corporate career. It was in those beautifully styled tablescapes, florals, and carefully curated spaces that rdr Living was truly born.

Today I work full time in the medical field — a career I’m equally passionate about — while running rdr Living on the side. Every product I carry is something I would genuinely bring into my own home. My personal style is eclectic — I love the unexpected combination of antique and modern, the warmth of neutral tones accented with deep greens and blues, and the way a single beautiful object can transform an entire room.
When I’m not at work or curating new finds for the shop, you’ll find me outside in my yard, spending quality time with my two giant schnauzers, or making memories with my great nephew — who, if I’m being honest, has excellent taste already.
